Ashley - Practice Manager
Ashley has been a part of the team for more than 15+ years. A phenomenal leader as she orients & trains new employees, coordinates team meetings, keeps our daily schedule on track. She enforces compliance to OSHA safety and HIPAA patient privacy regulations, directs and manages staff duties, and regularly updates our employee policy manual As Practice Manager, she is constantly evolving her leadership skills to help our workdays go smoothly.
Her warm personality & problem-solving abilities are crucial in overseeing patient relations and presenting complex treatment plans.
Jayne – New Patient Coordinator
“My goal is to make your visit a wonderful experience. You will smile each and every time you come in to see us. Guaranteed.” – Jayne . As from checking patients in, Jayne also helps explain treatment plans, reviews patients’ insurance benefits, and engages with patients via patient satisfaction surveys.
She is Dr. Sadineni’s patient and feels lucky to work in an office that provides top-notch care to its patients. A unique fact about Jayne is that she was born in Sydney, Australia! Jayne loves to solve puzzles, play board games, attend concerts, and try out new restaurants with her friends and family.
Praj – Treatment Coordinator
Praj graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery and worked as a dentist for more than 6+ years practicing General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry. Utilizing her prior clinical experience, she educates our patients on treatment options, costs, and related timelines. She coordinates with specialists for a referral or follow-up care, and overall invites a calm environment for patients who are otherwise anxious about receiving dental treatment.
She is currently preparing to apply to dental schools and wants to become a dentist. Her hobbies include photography, singing, traveling, and reading books.
Kaitlin – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kaite has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental family for more than 5+ years. She graduated from Rhodes State College with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Prior to being a hygienist, Katie worked as a dental assistant for 6 years She uses her extensive knowledge in the dental field to educate our patients on how to establish and maintain a good oral hygiene routine following an iTero wellness scan.
She is always sporting a positive attitude and a bright smile. Outside of work, Kaite enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and two boys. She likes to cook, bake, and travel-especially sightseeing the beautiful National Parks.
Carla – Registered Dental Hygienist & EFDA
Carla graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and received Expanded Functional Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification from the Ohio State University. Carla performs clinical procedures such as cleanings, iTero Invisalign scans, and cavity fillings.
She passionately works with patients of all ages in addressing their oral health concerns. The ever-changing field of dentistry offers her the opportunity to constantly learn and develop her skills in continuing education courses. When she is not in the office, she loves being outdoors, trying new restaurants, decorating her apartment, organizing, binge-watching scary movies, and scrolling on Tik-Tok.
Amanda – EFDA & Dental Assistant
Amanda has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental family for more than 5+ years. With over 25+ years of dental assisting experience, she is an extremely knowledgeable. Amanda fulfills the rolls of EFDA and is coronal polishing certified. Her vast experience in the dental field makes her a great educator for patients.
She takes Invisalign iTero digital scan impressions on our patients to generate a personalized smile simulation and treatment plan options. She skillfully assists our doctors in all aspects of dentistry including dental implants, endodontics, and complex veneer procedures. Outside of work, she is a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoys going to baseball games, movies, riding bikes, and fishing with her family.
Amanda- Dental Assistant
Amanda attended Dental Assisting school here in Columbus. She follows up on our Invisalign Clear braces patients to ensure their treatments are progressing as planned..Along with fulfilling routine dental assistant tasks like taking X-Rays, Sterilization, making Mouth Guards, Retainers, Amanda takes before and after patient photos to document patients’ smile transformations.
She truly enjoys the relationships she makes with her patients and loves helping them achieve and maintain a healthy smile. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, shopping, and watching movies, doing intricate nail art according to every season! So make sure to check her nails next time you are in!
Aastha – Marketing Manager
Aastha completed her MBA in Marketing Analytics and has years of expertise in digital as well as traditional marketing techniques to make Dublin Metro Dental stand out from other dental practices as she keeps herself up to date with the latest digital platforms.
She has been a part of our team for more than 4 years. She believes that every patient deserves to be treated with the latest technology & that’s why she makes sure that all the people in the surrounding area should gain awareness about the latest trends in dentistry which helps them in choosing Dublin Metro Dental as their first choice. She enjoys taking up different digital marking courses, photography, video making, and spending time with her son.
Molar (Mo) – Office Comfort Dog
Mo is the star of our Dublin Metro Dental family and one of the main reasons you can count on having a paw-sitive dental experience at our office. His wagging tail and kisses keep our team members cheerful and revive our energies throughout the day. Mo is comforting and dependable as he helps soothe anxious patients during treatments and rarely takes a day off from work.
You will find Mo napping or playing with our team members or kids. Mo’s favorite activities are getting belly rubs, giving kisses, eating peanut butter treats, and taking all the spotlight on our social media pages. Make sure to say hi to Mo at your next dental visit

Lakshmi – Certified Dental Assistant
Lakshmi holds a Doctorate in Dental Surgery & brings over 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
She plays a key role in assisting with various dental procedures, including root canal treatments, extractions, restorations, oral prophylaxis, implants, prosthetic dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. Additionally, she ensures seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams, contributing to a well-organized and patient-focused environment.
Nicole – Certified Dental Assistant
Nicole has been a Dental Assistant for almost 5 years now, ever since she moved to Dublin, She wants to pursue her goal of being in the Dental Field with renowned Cosmetic & Implant dentist in Dublin Dr. Sadineni.
She is certified to perform CPR in case of emergencies Along with fulfilling routine dental assistant tasks like cleaning the premises before every patient & updating their Dental records, Nicoel takes before and after patient photos to document patients’ smile transformations.
Kishore – Business Manager
Kishore has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental team for more than 15+ years. He graduated with a Master’s in CAD/CAM Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in practice management and helps recruit and train new employees.
He oversees all internal and external marketing and patient communication. Outside of work, Kishore enjoys photography, watching movies and running.
